Chalk it up to first time posting jitters I guess. My birds are now out there to be subjected to the scrutiny of potential buyers who browse the auctions. I honestly had butterflies after pressing submit.

I love the Blue Wheaten/Wheaten variety. Their appearance is just so striking to me, especially the males. The only other color I could ever consider keeping in their place are probably the Brown Red Ameraucana.

Maybe the Lavenders, too. I would rather wait until the variety is more established though, not still in it's project stage. I've only got room for one Ameraucana project, at the moment...

Jeremy, Your auction looks great! I love the pics you take of your beautiful birds! I wanted to bid on the eggs and I don't even have an incubator to hatch them! As you could tell last night when we talked, I am so excited about finally getting some chicks!!!!

WOW...problems with the Lavs is not making me feel so good. Hope it's all worked out by ship day. I hate to drive so far for 4 day olds. LOL

But since I'll be there.....Cheryl will you be in Berkeley? I can pick up the Fav chicks for kfchickenlady, before I have to run off.

First pics of my new baby BUFF LACED BRAHMAS!!!, almost five months old - I can't wait till they grow! They are a slow maturing breed, so I'm practicing patience!
