i'm first! whens crawfish season down there?
Good morning red hen!
Sorry it's been long getting back to you. Crawfish season is in full swing here in Louisiana and has been for a few weeks now. They are really plentiful this season and seems to be good sizes. If you are in the area, Tunks' Cypress Inn is a well known restaurant on the bank of Kincaid Lake. While chomping on your 15" plate of crawfish (4-5#), boiled corn, and red potatoes you can look out over the lake and enjoy the partly coludy evening sky. Man, life just doesn't get any better.
