Sweet! Mine are both gone now, too. Thanksgiving (tom) was 36 lbs. dressed. Christmas (hen) was 22 lbs. dressed.
60x100 is a big run - but I think that's what you need to really do it right for turkeys. That's the only thing that is stopping me from ordering some heritage turkeys for next year - the prospect of having to build another large run for them!
My biggest tom was 26 pounds dressed, but we still have one left that will by far surpass the first one. He just got lucky and got left over, we'll have him here soon.

Yes I am hoping for a BIG run, they'll get to come out for free-ranging, but I think it's better for poop management if the run is larger. They are in an approx 25 x 35, and by the gate can get pretty dirty. I like my animals to have a lot of room.
