Hmm weird! Well does the kid seem like a good kid? Maybe he really was telling the truth but definitely needs better friends and better parenting either way!! It is good he has the Mini as a friend and good influence! And you around if his mother won’t parent him. Although obviously you shouldn’t have to take over like that but even just taking him after school like you have been will hopefully help although I do wonder if the mother even went through his bag or just believed him what does Mini say?

Do I call the school tomorrow and tell the story?
This means all the kids will get called in to the office and questioned and everyone will know who told.

The mini didn't see his buddy do anything but go into the stall with the other two boys and then saw all the smoke riding above.
