Oh btw I forgot to say earlier but I tried cooking the home fries and pancakes in the same skillet I cooked the bacon in (so cooked in bacon grease) instead of a separate pan with butter like usual and maaaaaaannnnnn..... those were the best dang pancakes and home fries I ever had.

Also the maple sausage was delish.
