Have you ever made scalloped potatoes? They're very good. Take a while to make, though, unless you have a mandolin or something like that.

I like my scalloped potatoes the best when I have bits of ham to add.

I'm glad that he's feeling better.

Most people have DKA when they're diagnosed -- diabetic ketoacidosis, which is the presence of large amounts of ketones in the body. It tends to cause vomiting and stuff like that. Really throws your body off-kilter.
COVID was definitely not helping in the slightest, though, of course.

Tell him that I'm glad that he's doing much better now, if you get the chance (and remember).

The mini just helped me cut everything up. It's in the pot cooking now.
I'll stir it every now and then. Should be done in an hour or so.

Ohhh okay sorry I thought that was actually pretty short for me was trying to describe the individual birds thought it might help but I think pictures of parents might have been easier

And yes, she is and the white cockerel is too. Same parents for both. Leghorn mother, LO father. The LO was actually father for all 4.
