I made the same mistake once. I ripped it all out as fast as I could.

I swear the home grown was somehow even worse than store bought??? Truly inedible. The piggies loved it though!

I am ok with a little bit as part of a mixed salad but won’t eat it straight. I often buy it though because it is Tad’s favorite green. It is bitter like her soul
