Well, I *had* better grace in heels. My halloween costume in 2001 was..... Well, to quote the Chair of the Physics dept at the time, "That's truely disturbing" in reference to my costume. I was in it for 12+ hours and taught astronomy labs in costume that night as well.

My family does not appreciate my taste in music.
Unless I'm in my truck by myself...it's rock stations with them. (Or country I'm in the kid's vehicle.)

The kiddos have never argued, or even tried to argue with us about radio channels. If I'm in a classical mood, what have you. They will ask a "can we change the channel" from time to time but, there no need to be "my way or the highway"....
They have actually come to like some of my more eclectic flavors. Celtic, gothic, techo-trance, new age, Dr. Demento, jazz or *other CD's*....
