BBW poult eye swollen - HELP

Hello!, I have a 15 week old BBW poult. today I went outside, and her left side of her face is swollen. and she can barley open her eye. I was not outside much yesterday, but I think it just started today. She is eating and drinking fine. Her left side of her face is very red. I do not notice excess Nasal discharge. we do not have any vets near by that could assist, so i will be treating it at home. What is it and how do treat it?
