I want to thank those that commented on this thread. I received the necropsy report back today and the black bird did have Marek's disease. It's likely that she would have passed the quarantine period and infected my flock if you hadn't helped me catch on to the mishaped pupil relation. Unfortunately, I doubt the seller will be doing anything to make this right.

So sorry for you experience.

Glad it was caught. Disinfect everything (which I am sure you have done) including transport equipment.
