BCM Floppy Comb, Weird Eyes

My Black Copper Maran is about 1.5 years old. The last few days I’ve noticed her comb is really flopping over and it appears as though the colored part of her eyes is getting dark splotches. Any ideas what would cause this? Recently sprayed elector psp, coop and run are clean and has access to grassy, free ranging areas. Has clean food and water. Several others seem to be molting but she doesn’t look to be yet. Attaching two before photos and the other photos are from today.

The floppy comb is more concerning; I’m not sure what it indicates.
