BCM Hen laying weird eggs

My BCM Hen is a very healthy very large young pullet that has just started laying, her first egg was soft and her 2nd one today was paper thin and the dark coloring on the egg was spotty and just washes off. I am assuming this is because these are her first eggs? They have access to oyster shells, is there anything else i can do or just wait.

She is just new to laying. She should start laying normal eggs.
