BCM hen or roo

The chicken on the left is a Black Copper Marans rooster named Gorgeous George. The chicken on the right is also a Black Copper Marans. Her name is Henny Penny. The problem is she crows and is very colorful for a typical hen. She isn't as colorful as George, but she is pretty. Could she be a hen, or is she a roo and should be called Henry. They are 4.5 months old. What do you think?

Both birds pictured are male. Black Copper hens look very different from the males.
