The rooster too? I had ordered a variety of chicks last year BSL's weren't supposed to have been one but I did order some BCM's I'm trying to figure out if these are the BCM's or if I got sent the wrong chicks maybe.. these are the others I thought may be BCM

No. He looks like some mixed breed or poor breeding. Where did you get them and if from a store, do you know what Hatchery they came from? That might help narrow down what you have.
The hen in this picture looks like a Blast Australorp... but do I see some red under her chin? If she's got red under her chin, I'd say she's a BSL too.

She does have red under her chin they were ordered from either cackle hatchery or Myers hatchery as bcm's. I ordered over a hundred chicks last spring in different varieties but these ones are the only ones that look like they could be bcm's. The other varieties ordered were leg horns, Americanas, Easter eggers, speckled Sussex, and Rhode Island reds.

Your rooster does have feathered legs, so her is at least part Marans. I can't say anything about quality or if purebred, as I am not that knowledgeable. You might try posting him in the BCM thread, to get a better answer.
