BCMs???

Just wanted to update and see if anyone thought anything different now.

I've raised and bred BCM, and from what I can tell, these look like really bad quality BCM. It's common for hatchery Marans to have more color(especially white) and less if any feathering on their feet. The one with no feathers could possibly be a rooster, as they tend to feather out more slowly. With my strain of marans, the chicks with the least white are always females, and more white= males. Of course, this very well is not true for yours. I would wait for them to be 12+ weeks before you decide on breed. Marans, especially hens will sometimes lose some of that excessive leakage.
