Hi all !!!!! Question when should I let my mama hen leave her baby chicks??? There currently 5 weeks old and she has not wanted to leave yet .

When ever she wants to, but make sure she can get away when she has had enough i.e. a big enough run.
If after 8 weeks she is still looking after them and you want her to get back to egg laying, there is nothing wrong imo with separating them.
