I once wrote a performance review that was almost entirely 'words beginning with vowels'.

erratic, unpredictable, explosive, unreliable.....

How many people have I known that these comments would fit... Too many...

The most entertaining was the one we DID follow mostly for morbid curiosity. It was kinda like watching slow motion car wreck. Thankfully he was in a possition where he couldn't do much harm but still...

The sad part? He got promoted.
