Beaded door curtain.

Do these things keep chooks out of the house? My three ex batts think my house is their house. At the moment I have an old curtain doing the job but when the dogs come in they always leave a gap and the chooks follow them through.
If not these what do others do to keep em out?

We have mosquitoes here, so we have to use a screen door in good weather, which also keeps the chickens out. Your chickens sound very enterprising!

I had to get a half gate built. No amount of chasing etc ever worked with them. I actually wouldnt mind them in the house if they didnt drop such HUGE poos everywhere.

The best memory though is coming into the living room and they were sitting on the leather lounge watching the tv which had been left on.
Guess what was on tv at the time - "Green Acres"

mine figured out the doggy door, so now I have a real gate on the back porch steps. For some reason my roo is enamored by my kitchen.....and calls his ladies up to investigate every little pile of dog hair that he finds in the floor (coz with 2 dogs there just ARE NO crumbs to find...)
