Young adults...just started laying eggs (1 has). She seems normal to me, my husband was first to notice her beak. What causes this?

My pictures are poor, hope they help. It was raining today so they were hanging out in the carport.








 
Flea market at the edge of town is where my sister & I have got our birds. She has about 30 birds, I have 3 (now).
