After a quick search for 'beak necrosis in chickens', it appears this may be the best diagnosis. According to thepoultrysite.com, this is commonly caused by fine mesh feeds, which is what my hens eat. It also says that medication is usually not needed, just sanitation of drinking water. But, her issue is not getting any better. Now I need to find out how to treat necrosis.I don't think that looks like canker. It's Some kind of infection that's causing necrosis.
