Beak Clicking after beak trim?

Yesterday I carefully filed down my house chickens beak. Because it was a little over grown, now I off an on I hear her clicking/popping noise with her beak. Mostly I hear is when she is preening or after eating.

The "clicking/clacking" of the beak after trimming seems pretty normal. Most of my chickens do the same thing for a few days after I trim their beaks. I think it is just because it feels strange, and takes a little time to get perfectly worn down.
