Beak crack

Any advice on cracked beaks?
Attached a photo. The bottom fell off this morning, I'm not sure if the top will fall off too. Will she be able to figure it out or is this a situation where she should be culled?

Is the gray lumps the beak? Also is it bleeding

No and no.
My phone did some weird HDR on the photo. themaking her look bumpy. Her beak is not bleeding. Our chickens got frostbite this winter and I think this is also from the frostbite possibly. Not sure what else could cause this.
