Beak Issue

Hello, one of my polish crested hens has seemingly lost her cere and her nostrils are now exposed. Will it grow back? Is there anything I can do for her? has anyone ever encountered this? Sorry for the blurry photo, she is sassy and would not stand still.

Chickens recover from things we can only imagine. That may have been a result of fighting. Not sure,, and you don't have a definite reason as of now.
If it is a somewhat open wound, I would dab a tiny bit of Blu-Kote just to the exposed wound. Blu-Kote is an antiseptic.
Avoid getting any amount where it would be inhaled by chicken.
Possibly use a Q-tip.
