My Rhode Island Red quit laying a week ago. She started picking on other birds also. This morning I noticed part of her beak gone. She looks like she has lost weight also. Any ideas?

Maybe you could isolate her in a large cage in your coop and run with feed and some water added to make it like oatmeal. Use a bowl with taller sides, such as a dog bowl. Put water in the cage also. Watch her for a couple days to make sure she is eating better. Her time in the cage may also lower her pecking order so that she quits being a bully.
