Beak shape?

I’m babysitting 6 approx 5-week old chicks. One, the runt from the beginning, seems comfortable with the flock, seems to eat and drink with interest, is active, but has not grown or feathered like her sisters.
I wonder if her beak is deformed in any way, and would appreciate any feedback or direction.

To me it looks as if the tip is quite longated and curved. She might need a deep dish with lots of feed to dive in.
