Beak Trimming Help

Some look like cross beak, some don’t. Regardless, worry less about trimming right now.
I suggest you look into fermenting feed. Like everything else in this world, there are a lot of different people giving a lot of different ways. A glug (no measuring, just a quick spill) of apple cider vinegar with the mother, add feed, add water to cover, and stir twice daily. After a week, it will be fermented. Stir daily, but don’t fret if you miss a day.
As you are waiting for the food to ferment, go ahead and feed it to the birds. Replace the food you took out, and add more water.
Why do this? Because wet food is easier to get into the chick’s mouth. It also ensures more water.
The benefits of FF are numerous. Your baby will gain weight, and while it will probably always be smaller, it will be healthy.

She went on to lay eggs, and even went broody.

I did give them fermented feed last week. I'm a fan of of fermented feed. For the bigger chickens I have added garlic and Spirulina to the feed in the past.

She is tiny but acts like the rest.

I sit and watch her for long periods. She seems to be eating/drinking fine but then I see how small she is.
I understand your concerns, but the other chicks you have are not the same breed correct? Or am I looking at your photos wrong?
She may be a smaller breed.

One thing you can do if you wish, weigh her. Weigh first thing in the morning before she eats/drinks to get a baseline weight. Over the course of several weeks, weigh once a week - again first thing in the morning. This will let you know if you need to make some corrections.

Yes they are different breeds. I can try weighing her but I doubt I can get her to sit still. I have two polish-dhd us a silver and the other is white crested--the white crested is bigger then her too.
