Beak trimming

Unfortunately, my leghorn has been debeaked when she was young. She now has severe underbite to the point I feel it limits her ability to eat. I feel I should sand down the lower part of her beak sp she can eat better.

Thoughts?

Thoughts?
I would think she would use the bottom part of her beak as a scooper, but hard to say without pic.
