Nothing is wrong with them, I love them. It's just I started out with 5 Easter Eggers and in one year all of them died except for one! One had cross beak, another got sick and died, one got trampled or killed by the other hens and one had more things wrong with her than I can count. The one I had left had one chick and that baby died randomly as well! I just haven't had much luck with them.

Ah, okay. Perhaps look at D'anvers or D'uccles? They don't lay colored eggs, but they're awfully cute
