Treating a severe case of coccidiosis

The same as Wyorp said in the link above, albeit nothing about not giving it to chickens.
"
Enrofloxacin is the veterinary-labeled form of ciprofloxacin, which is the equivalent drug used in humans.

In the United States, Enrofloxacin is available by prescription only, meaning that you will need to obtain it through your veterinarian who will prescribe it "extra-label" to poultry kept as pets. Since this drug is a fluoroquinolone-class antibiotic, it is not approved for use in birds who are not kept as pets.

See more at: https://poultrydvm.com/drugs/enrofloxacin"

You are breaking the law using it on animals *in the human food chain* because it is supposed to be saved for human use and you are facilitating microbiotic resistance in bugs that could kill humans rather than chickens.

* so if you never eat the eggs or meat and the chickens in question really are pets, it is still allowed.

Enrofloxacin (Baytril) is the vet-grade twin of ciprofloxacin (I order it by the ton for other animals- but animals I eat- nope- but the gaurdian is your source? also has a ick factor for me).

One of humanity’s last-line antibiotics—and using it on anything bound for the dinner table isn’t just frowned upon, it’s flat-out illegal. Doing so helps breed superbugs that laugh in the face of human medicine. Save it for genuinely sick pet birds under a vet’s supervision, not for chickens destined to feed people.

Bumble? that is overuse of a very potent drug. I dont prescribe it, unlesssss you also know the cause plus gram negative/postive strains.

@Debbie292d I found oral fluconazale. Three pre-syringes doses. She already had Monistat twice today. Anyone know if I can give her the fluconazale as well? Or the dosage for a five pounder? Her crop has been loaded all day, not going down
The bright green stool is hers. The other is from the other hen I'm worried about and almost had a blue hue? IMG_20251024_161738245.jpg
