Here’s the problem : I need someone who is not one of my friends who I can fight with, and who will actually start something up that I will feel is a fight worth fighting . I’m bad at starting fights, but excellent at finishing them off.

It's against the rules to be fighting on BYC.
If you're just wanting to be being dumb and having fun there's no reason you can't "fight" amongst your friends. That would honestly be the best route because they'd know you and wouldn't get offended by what you say.
That was Pampers problem. She'd get to arguing with anyone and everyone then overreact and start acting a fool.
Also there's an old saying.... if you can't run with the big dogs stay on the porch.
