I have a White Silkie just like that. His name is Snuggle Bug, and he's bearded. Your silkie is a rooster if you didn't know that already.

How did you know it’s a rooster? ..I still can’t tell the difference between bearded and non-bearded

The large reddened comb, streamers, & tail position, are what gave the gender away.
