bearded silkie vs non-bearded silkie pics?

I like the ones that have fluffy heads, like top hats, but does the bearded mean that?
All Silkies have crests (fluffy heads).
Bearded means they have fluff around their face, under the eyes and beak. It looks like a beard, hence the name.
Here's an example of a bearded Silkie:

Non-bearded means they don't have any extra fluff under their eyes or under the beak. You can clearly see their wattles and earlobes.
