Okay new mom here.. We have a shed that is completely sealed off from outside elements and predators. We live in Michigan and the weather is up and down right now. My question is can I put my chicks in the coop with their brooder plate to keep them warm. They are outgrowing their brooder inside which is a pack N play. They are roughly 4-5 weeks old
 
I don't see any problem here. They are almost at close to feathered out.
They will still have access to warmth if needed.
I do suggest you have light, or daylight available to them.
Of course you already know about feed and water. :thumbsup

I agree. At 5 weeks, presumably almost fully feathered, with supplemental heat, they should be fine. You will want to make sure there is enough ventilation.
