bedding for duck house!

im using gravel/sand as a base thingy but that wont keep them warm what can i use?

i put a thermometer in the house last night and this morning the lowest recorded temp was 36 F

ducks are tougher than you think. it was so windy here last night, i was worried. Of course they are all fine.

i am curious what you decide to use for your pen. we have used shavings and never had trouble.

im might use shavings im gonna try everything out and see which is best

and i was thinking hay to keep them warm... is hay ok?
