Bedtime routine question

Sounds like good space for that crew...do the ducks sleep in coop at night too?
12 weeks is prime time for staying out late.......might have to confine them to coop and run for a time if it becomes a problem or they start roosting in trees.

@aart yep the ducks sleep in the coop! One duck figured out how to get in there for a couple days then she quit. But I catch them and put them in every night! I got them all together so everyone gets along pretty well.

@FoodFreedomNowill be adding a few more ladies so thank you for that tip!!

What is your climate? Putting your location in your profile can help folks give better answers/suggestions.

Not sure I'd put more birds in there....it's best to have extra space for integration.

Read up on integration..... BYC advanced search>titles only>integration
This is good place to start reading:

@aart I'm located in central Illinois. Do you think the coop is too small? We are doubling the size of the run

I think it's just big enough for the birds you now have, others may disagree.....
.....and as I said before, it's best to have extra space for integration.
A bigger run rarely makes up for an overcrowded coop.
