Just a pic of the flock going to bed....

50+ chickens, 11 turkeys, and 4 guineas share the roost area.

2 pigeons hang out on their own little penthouse up on the wall:

And 7 ducks and 6 geese sleep in the floor.

I love roosting pics! I'm listening to rain drumming on the roof of my carport and we're having the kind of damp chill here that creeps past layers of clothes and central heat. Those girls look so snug and warm I feel much less chilly. Thanks!
