Beehive: PESTS?

Hello, any beekeepers know what these are? This is my first year with bees and I have not seen any of these critters yet. It just rained, and then these things seemed to crawl out of the woodwork. We recently dealt with an ant invasion, but have been clear of ants on the hive for a few days now.

They are only on the white or silver surfaces of the hive, primarily around the telescoping lid. I lifted the lid up, and there wasn’t a single one on the underside or on any unpainted wood surface

Thanks anyways. They only hung out on the hive for a day or 2 before leaving. No damage done as far as i can tell
