How comes my ducks beek has spots of yellow like it’s rotting

That's just a little bit of pigmentation, nothing to be concerned about.

I agree - normal pigmentation.

I know my girls by the pattern of the black dots on their nose. One's beak is totally black. Not a speck of orange on it. They are all Pekins.
