Been a bad week

It's been a bad week for me with my chickens and ducks. First last wednesday a neighbors dog got into the pen with my Welsh Harlequins( can read about it here https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=423338 ) and this morning I found Biscuit, my best broody Silkie, dead. I don't know what happen. I sure hope that December goes better. I'll miss you Biscuit. You raised some nice babies for me.

My old barred rock disappeared yesterday and we had a freeze warning this morning. I found one BR off by herself at 11:45 last night... I hope that old buzzard made it through the night... she ain't no spring chicken as they say.
