Need help whats going on with her butt

I took a few chicken in from a friend, what's going on with her but, it looks swollen. I just soaked her to clean the back of her.

It looks swollen and she may have have her feathers picked out by others. Is that a hole under her vent? I would put some antibiotic ointment or Betadine on it. Watch for any signs of flystrike or maggots common from the hole. She could have water belly or salpingitis from the swelling of her lower belly. Does it feel soft and squishy or firm? Water belly or ascites, comes from having liver problems due to reproductive disorders, cancer, fatty liver disease, or heart failure. It is common in egg yolk peritonitis.
