Updates on Chuck and Buck....
Honestly, not a ton to update. Quarantine sucks. Kids have been out of school for what seems like years. Chuck and Buck continue to be evil feathered needy birds.....ok, not really. They’re enjoying the warmer weather. That means more field trips to the pool, and their duckie pond. Chuck gets in for a few, does some diving, and lays in the sun while Buck has decided that napping in the pool is the way to go. I actually am still sitting out back in my bathing suit as I finally got in with them for the first time this year.
Still hoping we get to go camping in July up in Tahoe. Campgrounds have been closed due to the Cooties 19. Daddy Duck has been working his tail off training for a 12 mile swim across Tahoe. The boys have enjoyed Daddy swimming at home. Because all the pools and lakes were shut down, James resorted to training in the backyard pool, tied to a resistance band attached to the fence where he swam in place for hours every day..... Chuck and Buck were always on hand to give training tips.
Other than that.... not a whole heck of a lot. Swim swim swim. Lakes just opened back up so James has been logging 4-10 miles daily for a couple of weeks with an increase in distance coming next week. I seriously have no life.
And for your photo updates, I’ll post a few of the troublemakers.
