Hello to all,
I have been away from chickens for a number of years now but still miss them. Unfortunately, I cannot have them at this home. The cuteness and the individual personality of these birds are so fun to watch, along with children and grandchildren. I just can't imagine growing up without a farm animal of some sort. Take a look at the wildlife, I'm blessed this proud boy he was born in my backyard 4 years ago. Thanks for looking !!!

That's a really pretty buck, his antlers have grown an awful lot! The ones we get around here have smaller horns.
 
Where we moved from deer were allowed to run free in the city. They destroyed my garden every year. I couldn't so much as have a pet hen though. When we moved the ability to have and care for chickens was a deal breaker. We could either have chickens or we kept looking.
