I've been gone from BYC for about 5 years now and I've come back and don't see anyone I recognize. :(. I just want to meet new people to chat with. I've been up to a lot since I was last here I was 16 I think, since I've been gone I've learned what heartbreak is, and moved around for a while after that lived in Orlando for a time, now I'm married and we have a 4 month old daughter. My hobbies are gaming and reading, favorite books include Rangers Apprentice, Inheritance Cycle, and Dawn of the Aspects, favorite games include World of Warcraft, Ark, and Runescape and right now I'm playing several click adoptable pet games. I'm not even sure what to talk about I just need to talk to people outside the house, since Naomi has been born I avoid leaving the house for any reason.
 
Welcome back to activity. I'm one of the lucky. In addition to family I have several real life friends, an active outdoors hobby, and many cyber friends here on BYC. Go to the social forums and check out the many ongoing threads. There are many long time threads where folks check in daily to visit, support, and share part of their day. I am sure that there are many 'places' here on BYC for you. Overall this is a welcoming/supportive community.

The name is a nod to a another funny, silly thread where some of us “met” for the first time. We are a general chat thread full of kind fun people. No topic is off limits. Many of us (myself included) are naturally introverted and/or work odd hours or live in rural areas so BYC is where we go to socialize :) Please feel free to stop by our thread anytime (don’t try to read it all.
