yesterday, i butchered my first chicken...not nearly as difficult as i thought! i have decided that i am going to do all 25 myself and have 100 more coming. i think i can handle it, especially when the after result is soooo good!

That LOOKs Like some really good Fried Chicken,

were waiting for a friend to come over a show how to do it. I picked up one of my birds, it must weigh 10lb.
