Other than the slate legs, which ought to be yellow, she looks like a Blue Wyandotte. She may well be a poorly bred Wyandotte or a mix.

Do Wyandottes have decent breast meat? Sometimes I pick her up and feel the breast fuller than my leghorns breast meat , and they are about the same small size.

Yes, Wyandottes could be considered a dual purpose bird, used for eggs and meat. Leghorns are used exclusively for eggs, since they have little meat on them.

What type of comb does she have? To me it looks like a small single comb rather than a rose comb and I'm not seeing any other Wyandotte features. To me she looks like a blue hybrid.... either a Bluebell or Blue Haze.... but not sure if you have those in the USA.
