Before i do this to like 100 quail, is this true????

I have a ton of white quail i need to sex and trying to keep track of crowing is impossible , (and i dont ever see the humping) and way to many to who lays an egg(when they start to lay)
Does sexing the way the video shows actually work or is it true?​
