oh!! whoops-- thank you!! i'll be sure to do that the next time we incubate. i believe it was only 1-2 eggs that were actually sweating, and even then i've definitely been washing my hands before i handle them because i don't wanna risk anything.In the future, make sure you let your eggs come up to room temperature before you put them in the incubator. "Sweating" breaks the microbial barrier of the egg's cuticle, so they will be vulnerable to contamination.
