Beginning to lay eggs

I have a total of 7 chickens in my flock. 1 roo, 6 pullets. Two of my pullets are about 22 weeks and the other 4 are about 17 weeks. My 22 week olds started laying eggs about 2-3 weeks ago(about the 3rd week in august) but they are only laying every 3 days or so. When will they start laying more eggs? How long does it take them to get to full production of eggs every 1-2 days? Thanks for the info!!

For more info 1 is a sapphire gem and the other is a barred rock
