Very sad day

I can't stop crying Mama hen has been sitting on eggs for over a month now (1st clutch wasn't viable) and it was supposed to be my 1st experience with babies. I've never held a baby chick before... I guess I wanted it too much! *sigh*

A hens would be rounded at that area. YOu have a beautiful ROO. Maybe he carries the blue colored egg gene ! The roos determine the egg color in EE's.
