Beginnings of angel wing?

Hi all! The babies are growing fast! One of our mallards was bleeding from the blood feathers- so I moved her out of the pool over night so she could get a break. Just went back in with blue kote on.
What I’m wondering is- is this the beginnings of angel wing? If so, do I just wrap it and switch food?
